I’ve converted the entire site to WordPress and updated the design with a customized template that’s close to the old design but a bit sleeker. I hope you like it!
The WordPress conversion is primarily for my benefit, but one nice improvement for you is being able to search the entire site using the built-in WordPress search instead of the previous Google search, which looked like crap.
On the blog sidebar you will now see the in-print Supergirl trade paperbacks and Silver Age Archives and Showcases, all listed in one easy to find location.
I’ve been busy fixing broken links that resulted from the change in directory structure (thank you W3C Link Checker) and updating little things here and there. I’ve uploaded the original, clean versions of Supergirl #34, 36-42 as released on Joshua Middleton’s blog. These are much bigger, nicer versions than those previewed on the DC Comics site. I’ve added the blogs of Joshua and Jamal Igle, Supergirl’s current artists, to the blogroll. In the upcoming days there will be updates to the Action Figures, Power Girl 2007-2009 comics, and Supergirl 2009 comics pages.
ooh I like it!
New design format looks awesome!
Can’t wait to see more goodies up here!
