Adam West and Julie Newmar at Central Canada Comic-Con

I’ll be attending the Central Canada Comic-Con (formerly Manitoba Comic-Con) in a couple weeks. It’s being held Oct 30-Nov 1 and features two big Batman guests:

Adam West (Batman) and Julie Newmar (Catwoman)

For real.

Also appearing are Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca!) and Dirk Benedict (Starbuck/A-Team’s “Face” – unfortunately he’s quite a prick so I’ll be avoiding him).

The special guest list is a lot smaller than last year, but Adam West and Julie Newmar are awesome. I just wish I had some Catwoman (and Batman) merch for signing! I’m not really a Catwoman fan outside the TV show, and I don’t like any of the modern comics. I couldn’t find any classic comics or TV show stuff to get. I’m hoping someone will have some nice art there that I can get beforehand. My boyfriend’s getting his Family Guy DVD signed by Adam West.

I just know I’m going to be totally overwhelmed by the OMG Adam West and Julie Newmar!!!!! that just asking for autographs will send me into an almost-panic attack – forget trying to talk with them! Being shy sucks sometimes ^_^;;
