I neglected to list this in the upcoming comics, but the Superman 80-page Giant 2011 came out last week. Supergirl gets a story in this one, which she didn’t last year. I haven’t read it myself, so I can’t comment. But here are two reviews: Supergirl Comic Box Commentary and Too Dangerous for a Girl!.
Feb 13 Update: I have read the Giant now, and the Supergirl story is definitely not a reason to get it. It’s possibly the worst. There are other stories in the Giant that are a reason to get this issue – the Bizarro story was what prompted me to pick it up, and it’s awesome. The Jimmy story is poignant and amusing (apart from some visual sexism that spoils the humor a little). The Lois Lane story is the other stand-out, although it doesn’t meet the sheer delight of last year’s Lois+sick-Superman story which was worth the price of admission (and easily bested everything else in the 2010 Giant). Steel appears solely on the cover.
