Tonner Announces Supergirl 13″ Doll for 2010

Tonner has released a new Supergirl doll as part of their Fall 2010 DC Stars Collection.

This new figure is a 13″ Fashion Body versus the 17″ Athletic figures previously released and features a new head sculpt. The production quality of the costume is excellent, far superior to the first Tonner Supergirl. I prefer the head sculpt and hair on the previous Tonner Supergirl, but appreciate with the faithfulness of the costume (heels aside). A very nice figure with incredible detailing priced at $139.99 USD. Limited Edition 1000.

I actually like the idea of dolls being a smaller scale. When viewed in person, I found the 17″ figures to be a bit imposing. There are different body types and scales at Tonner: Fashion Body, American Model, Tyler BW Body, Athletic Body, and High-Heeled or Flat-Heeled feet.
